Is GreenForGold a completely FREE service? 1.YES GreenForGold is Completely Free of Charge and hassles. The Mailing Kit is FREE upon your request. There is no obligation or solicitation! 2. How do I use the GreenForGold Mailing Kit? 2. The Kit will arrive with simple instructions but simply put, you place your gold in the envelope, no matter how heavy it is, and drop it in the mail all postage paid. 3. How do I track my Mailing Kit after I send it? 3. To track the Mailing Kit, visit the USPS website. Enter your tracking number (located on the green stub you retained when you sent your Mailing Kit) in the appropriate field on their homepage. PLEASE NOTE: Although the USPS site documents your Mailing Kit's arrival at our post office, it does not necessarily mean that we have gotten your kit from our box. 4. You state "24 Hour Payment." What do you mean? 4. We mean, "upon arrival of your Mailing Kit, the processing and issuing of a check will be completed within 24 Hours Guaranteed." Please understand that the Mailing Kit will be traveling to us via First Class US Mail, which could take up to 10 business days depending upon where you live. Also understand that it could take the same amount of time our payment check to travel back to you. 5. Is my Gold and the Envelope insured if it is lost or damaged? 5. Yes, each customer's Mailing Kits is FULLY insured while traveling through the USPS Mail and while in the hands of GreenForGold.com. You are welcome to insure your shipment at your own expense with any other carrier. 6. What if I'm not sure if something is gold or not? 6. If you are not sure you can still include it, but make sure it does not say G.F.(Gold Filled) or Gold Plated on it. 7. How do I know you received my Mailing Kit? 7.
